New Orleans BBQ Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound shell on shrimp (head on or off)
1/2 pound butter
2 cloves garlic (crushed in olive oil and finely chopped)
1 lemon juiced
1 bottle Abita Amber
1/3 cup Worcestershire
1/4 cup blackening Seasoning
1/2 t Cayenne
1/2 t black pepper
Directions:
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add everything but the shrimp. Simmer for a minute. Add shrimp, cook until done, (4-6) minutes or so.
Serve in a bowl with plenty of crusty bread for dipping.
